Getting Ready for Fall! Well, I have been busy working on the homefront so my posting has been slow lately. I have been painting with my other artist friends at the Shotgun Gallery and other sites. I am also working on Eastern Washington University's JFK Library Oktoberfest fundraiser so I have been pretty busy. If anyone is in the area October 12th we are having our annual fundraiser. Work In Progress--Nude

This is a work that is not completed. It is roughed in. The female nude is what is left to finish. I had only one sitting so I need to increase my speed. Size 16 x 20 with acrylic on canvas.

This is a 16 x 20 Acrylic on canvas of a live model. I did this in one sitting.
It turned out a bit different. I was trying to just capture the main features.

Here is a painting I did in a single sitting. Originally the pillow wasn't there, but someone threw it in at the last minute so I am trying to work it in.  It still has some finishing up to do. I need to make her look younger...
